• What is SurfSwop?
  SurfSwop is an advertising system that offer PTC and manual surf exchange. Our members will earn some benefit from visiting those websites! You are not require to pay any fees to join us! Remember to check our terms to see if your sites allowed in our traffic exchnge or not.
• How does it works?
  Currently, there are 4 sections you can earn.
  1. First is PTC section, you will earn cash or credits by clicking banner ads.
  2. Second section is manual surf traffic exchane where you can promote your ptp pages or anything you want and earn surfing bonus (only for Premium and V.I.P. member)!
  3. Third section is Credits Market where you can sell or buy credits with other members.
  4. And the latest section is paid to sign up section.
• Can I refer my family to join?
  Sorry, you can't refer other members in the same household to join under you. But they are allowed to open another account with us without your referrer id.
• Can I open more than 1 account?
  Certainly not, if you found cheating your account will be delete and your earnings will be lost forever.
• My office or school have fews ip addresses so it may be the same as the other, can I join?
  Yes.
• How much can I earn from you?
  Unlimited, up to your own efforts and your referrals. You can earn more if you upgrade your membership even if you have no downline.
• How can I refer new members?
  You will find your referral link and banners within member area.
• Do you offer referral commission?
  Yes, you can get 5% commission for each upgrade member you refered, up to 5 levels if you are V.I.P. member!
• Which e-currencies do you accept?
  Currently we accept Liberty Reserve and AlertPay only.
• Are there any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals?
  Yes, there is a 3% Deposit fee for Liberty Reserve. For Alertpay, there is a 3% fee plus .25 cents, due to Alertpay fees being higher than other payment processors. This helps our program recover Processor fees charged to us.
• Is there cashout fees?
  No, there is NO Cashout fee.
• Can I have more than one active unit?
  No, you can purchase only 1 unit per 30 days.
• What is the minimum upgrade?
  $1 for Premium membership and $5 for V.I.P. membership.
• How can I get paid?
  We will process your cashout request weekly. Remember that you are allowed to request payout only once a week.
• What Payment Processor Do You Pay Rebates Out To?
  We only pay to the processor/account you upgraded with.
• Can I cashout my ptc earnings to AlertPay?
  No, all PTC earnings will go directly to your Liberty Reserve balance only.
• Is there minimum required to recieve payout?
  Only 1 cent for V.I.P. member, 50 cents for premium and 1 dollar for standard member.
• What is liberty reserve?
  Liberty reserve is an online payment system. You can open an account for free HERE
• What is AlertPay?
  AlertPay is an online payment system like Paypal. You can open an account for free HERE
• Why can't I change my account details?
  For security reasons you are not able to change payment account number/ID within your members area. We only pay to the accounts used to upgrade with. Email addresses and processor information can only be changed via submitting a ticket in the Members Area.
• How to delete my account?
  Inactive members will be delete from our network from time to time. But if you want to delete your account yourself, just log in to member area and click change password, you will find what you need there.

FAQ for advertisers

• How does this system work?
  First you must choose our advertising packages HERE and make payment.

  After you paid for the ads fees, you are required to submit us your advertising details here, we will review and approve your site within 48 hours and send your ads to our members. Each member can earn from visiting your site only once a day. Some will come back to your site themselves if it suit their interests.

• Do you allow the use of languages other than English?
  Yes, as long as your site does not contain the content that violated our terms.
• Can I promote PTP links?
  Members are allowed to place their PTP links in our manual traffic exchange area. You can join us with no cost. But if you don't have time to surf, you can buy surf credits from our members in credits market or purchase with us directly.
• What are your terms and conditions?
  We have strict rules to protect our members from cheating. The program employs methods to detect cheating and will suspend any accounts that fail to abide by our rules. Click here to read our Terms and Conditions.
