Terms of Service

This is a binding agreement between you the member and SurfSwop.com. Please take your time to read and understand it before joining our program.
Members of SurfSwop.com agree to the following terms:

• 1. SurfSwop.com reserve the right to cancel any membership if member is found abusing the terms.
• 2. SurfSwop.com is not responsible for the content of any sites in rotation.
• 3. SurfSwop.com does not allow the following page contents:
  - pornography
  - racist
  - discriminatory
  - hate related
  - illegal
  - illicit
  - immoral pages
  - banner farms
  - frames busters
  - warez
  - or other material found inappropriate.
  SurfSwop.com cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material.
• 4. As a member of SurfSwop.com you agree to receive emails with offers, promotions and updates regarding your account.
• 5. SurfSwop.com does NOT tolerate SPAM or the use of UCE (unsolicted commercial email). Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts. Legal action will be pursued by SurfSwop.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints.
• 6. Any advertisements and credits, free or purchased, are non refundable.
• 7. You acknowledge SurfSwop.com is not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, autosurf, randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, get rich quick scheme, or other similar venture.
• 8. You acknowledge you will not use our service for the promotion of any illegal immoral or illicit purpose. If you do not accept these terms you must leave this site immediately.
• 9. You are not allowed to use robot/auto surf software of any kind.
• 10. You are not allowed to use an auto-responder email that automatically answers your email such as spamarrest, spamcop, mailblocks etc. Be aware some of these services send spam in your name and can cause your email account to be shutdown by your ISP!
• 11. You are not allowed to use an email address that prohibits the receipt of emails from SurfSwop.com for any reason.
• 12. You are not allowed to send unsolicited email attempting to promote SurfSwop.com.
• 13. If you do anything against our terms, your account will be suspended and any credits will be lost. We will not pay any outstanding commissions and will attempt to recover any that have been paid. Any monies already paid that are not returned will be considered as theft and where possible we will recover them.
• 14. You agree that you will keep all information provided by this site confidential.
• 15. You are not allowed to copy or comment or take any action that may devalue the sites service and accept any damages or costs thereof such breach including any agent or company that you may be associated with.
• 15. The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems developed by enjoytraffic.com for the benefit of all it's users.
• 16. The user agrees not to hold SurfSwop.com responsible for any content, links, advertisements, site malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that may cause harm mentally, physically or to property.
• 17. You agree that SurfSwop.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if SurfSwop.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement.
• 18. SurfSwop.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
• 19. This agreement may be modified by SurfSwop.com with or without your notice.
